Power of Attorney. The Company irrevocably appoints the Trustee to be its attorney-in-fact and in its name, on its behalf and as its act to execute, deliver and perfect all documents (including any Share transfer forms and other instruments of transfer) and do all things that the Trustee may consider to be requisite for (a) carrying out any obligation imposed on the Company under this Deed or any other document relating to the Trust; or (b) exercising any of the rights conferred on the Trustee by this Deed or any other document relating to the Trust or by law. The Company shall ratify and confirm all things lawfully, properly and reasonably done in good faith and all documents executed by the Trustee in good faith in the exercise of that power of attorney.
